Troy Flower Delivery

Bought these for a friend's birthday. She said that the flowers were received and absolutely beautiful! The ordering process was a snap and the delivery was exceptional. Thank you for making a friend's birthday brighter.

I ordered the big snacktime basket for my granddaughter's birthday instead of flowers. I thought she could take the snacks for work. She loved it ! She took a picture of it and it was a wonderful basket with lots of goodies. I asked if they would add a birthday balloon and they did ! It was great and the florist shop is great. Glad I ordered from them. I now have a wonderful new florist. Thank you for the outstanding service !

While there was nothing wrong with order I was expecting there to be 2 dozen flowers instead of just one dozen. Otherwise the display and presentation was well done.

I had never used my personal florist before, but they were very prompt in their delivery in the flowers were beautiful!

The flowers were very nice. Although they didn't have the same colors as advertized online they reached out and confirmed a substitution before completing the order. The delivery was smooth with no issues. I appreciated their communication and customer service. Another plus was that their pricing was better than other florists in town.
